We do not accept returns if the product has been purchased to test / try out / experiment / use it for a few days.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days to contact us to arrange the return of the item from the date you receive the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase.
Faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item / items. After that time claims of fault on delivery will be void.
You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping the item back to us.
Once your item has been received by us it will be inspected. Once approved, your refund will be processed. This should take no more than 20 days (depending on the method used)
If you are returning a NON Faulty item and or it is unopened or unused we do NOT refund the outgoing postage charge - we have had to pay this as a business and will not accept that loss.
If the item is reported faulty we cover the return postage cost and supply a returns label. Which the customer must be able to print.
We do not pay a requested amount to a customer for return postage.
If the goods are deemed not faulty will ask the customer to cover the cost of the return postage we have paid for.
VCR Act 2006 Products - means rifles, pistols, moderators and component parts. Any item listed or defined in the VCR Act 2006.
Any items covered by the VCR Act 2006, such as rifles, pistols, moderators and any component parts are only returnable in person in store. We do not post out any of these products and are strictly in store collection only - thus any returns are in store in person only. We will not send couriers or collect even in the event of product failure.
If the return is a VCR Act 2006 Product and is being returned as not faulty, used and is not able to be restocked as new we will deduct 30% from the refund.
We do not perform repairs in house on any VCR Act 2006 product, these are returned to the manufacturer / distributor, we offer no compensation for this action. We also offer no compensation for weight times / delays / missed events or for any other reason.
Rifles and Pistols are tested and sold within legal limits - it's is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the ammunition used keeps the weapon within the legal limits. We cannot account for every type of ammunition it's not possible.
We do not repair or cover, any form of double loading, barrel blocking, use of ammunition not able to travel down the barrel, jammed loading. That is a user error.
Internal alterations of any kind of any rifle regardless of power setting voids any warranty.
Silicone Productions Ltd - T/A Airgun 101 Shop and any of it's employees, Directors and contracted workers are in no way liable for any harm, damage, injury to any person or object as a result of the failure of any VCR Act 2006 product - rifle, pistol or moderator. This applies either through user error or product failure.
If any item has been purchased, used by the customer and then returned - if we deem that we are unable to make any re-sale due to damage or visible signs of use on return we will NOT offer a refund.
Faulty returns after 30 days of receipt are warranty repair only and no cash alternative or refund is offered.
At our discretion - if the item being returned is deemed not faulty, dirty or used on return and may be re-sold as used or B grade, a restocking charge of 30% off the full retail price will be deducted from the return amount plus any other charges such as card merchant charges / postage will be deducted.
We reserve the right to too dispute the claim of “Faulty” until the return is inspected. Tolerances / Dislike / Not Understanding how the product functions / Cannot operate buttons / Don’t understand / I thought it did something else / I have ordered the wrong size / Battery does not last long enough / Don’t know how to zero it / not accurate for me / not concentric / will not fit my gun – do NOT qualify as faulty.

Clothing return policy
Clothing can be returned at our discretion. The items must be unworn/unwashed and returned in as new condition with all packaging included.If the returning household is a smoking or pet household and that is detectable on the clothing or any other odour is detectable, we will not accept the return. Our returns department will inspect the garment and inform you of your return status.

Warranty
The supplier will warrant goods in good faith for 30 days from the purchase date and from the retail premises which the purchase was made. After that period the Warranty becomes the liability of the Manufacturer.
The Supplier will allow returns when agreed after the 30 day purchase period, but only to forward to the manufacturer for repairs.
No monetary refund is available after 30 days from the original purchase date.
All new goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for the duration of the manufacturers warranty from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the email address shown below within 48 hours.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the email address shown below, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint. The Supplier will then offer advice either through returning direct to the Manufacturer of working with the Purchaser to arrange a return to the Manufacturer.
Unless other wise stated all items are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
Lifetime Warranty where offered is with the Manufacturer ONLY - not the supplier or retailer.
