Despatch is working as normal – and we are working alongside the couriers we use to despatch as normal.
We are based in Yatton, South West England, we ship everything from here. NOTHING is dropped shipped from anywhere else.
If you are in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland the price you see is the price you pay, plus quoted normal delivery.

Gun laws around the world are ever changing and evolving - therefore if you do not see your country listed, please do still email and ask. We can check what we believe to be the Law and advise what we can and cannot ship.

When "Courier Tracked" service is selected we will use either Royal Mail Tracked or UPS Tracked - depending on parcel contents.
Please be aware if you are not in for a delivery we cannot rearrange, this is something YOU must arrange with the courier directly.
If the item is left a local Collection Point / Sorting Office due to no one available to deliver too....Go and get it. It's that simple.
If you want your item for the forthcoming weekend we suggest ordering on or before 11am on the Wednesday and don't use 2nd class postage.
We want everyone to get what they have purchased as soon as possible. We do the best we can, but postal prices are rising and service levels are no longer guaranteed. We work to bring the best value in postage vs speed. Sometimes waiting an extra day can save quite a few ££'s
ALL postage is handled by Royal Mail / Parcel Force / UPS - we are not liable for any delays to deliveries - we are not liable for lost time, and damages you feel you incur through late delivery. We offer zero compensation for any late deliveries or lost in post out of our control.
Lost items in the Royal Mail Post - we always endeavour to do our best here at Airgun 101 Shop - however we have zero control over the Postman, which applies to us and any other business. If the Postman loses the parcel or item we have a number to trace every parcel, therefore until we can confirm a lost parcel via the Royal Mail we will not resend any item. We always recommend using the courier option.
We always supply a despatched / shipped alert and if applicable it will contain a number to confirm delivery or tracking if the option is paid for.

Sending Restricted Items - Airguns / Moderators
We DO NOT currently send airguns, air pistols or moderators via any form or courier or in house despatch team. We prefer the purchaser to visit the store where we can assist them face to face.
It is illegal to sell an air weapon through the post or via a courier - it must be a face to face transfer with ID confirmed and at this time we do this in store.

If you attempt to use a Freight Forwarder to get exports around the world and they refuse any items - we have delivered to a UK address and will not get involved in legal issues or refund items months later.

** FREE POSTAGE - Sorry we have to bring in the rule as it gets abused by some and ruins it for everyone.
If you have made a purchase which qualified for free postage over the threshold – then return items for any reason, which subsequently calculated the revised sale total down to not qualify for the free postage threshold, we will deduct the cost of the postage charge which we paid to send you the items from the refunded amount.
If the item faulty or non faulty was received by a free postage method - then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
