Saber Tactical launched the Dreamline Chassis, and this is the Cylinder Chassis Rail Adapter - so, if you have a Bottle Chassis Full Kit and want to change to a Cylinder then this is the rail you need. Easy and quick to fit.
NOTE - This is only the Cylinder Rail adapter as in the Photo's and not the full Dreamline Chassis Kit. You need to buy one of those to use this.

Screws not supplied - Use the ones from the existing master kit / full kit.
