Our top tip is plan ahead - do not leave it until the last minute. If you need it within a couple of days during Christmas, select the RM Courier option.
We have to be blunt on this, as we have learned in the past few years what to expect from couriers and Royal Mail. Customers must be aware we have no magic wand to make the Royal Mail move faster, no one does. It's a national issue during the festive season. So please plan ahead.
These are the advertised Last Posting days from Royal Mail. Take them with a pinch of salt, they are already very busy. Please see our blunt guide below.

Closed from Midday on Friday 22nd Dec - last despatch day we advise is Thursday 21st - incase the courier and RM do not turn up on the 22nd (happened before)
Open 27th, 28th, 29th Dec - despatching on a first come first served basis. Courier and RM dependant.
Closed 30th, 31st and 1st Jan - reopening 2nd Jan on a first come first served basis.
From Midday Friday 22nd Dec to 2nd Jan 2024 our customer service team is closed. The website accepts orders as normal - however our email team is not available and will not respond until after the 2nd Jan 2024. We are also NOT accepting customers at the warehouse during these dates.
During the Christmas season this option can take up to 2 weeks and more to be delivered. It's the cheapest post option and thus the slowest. We WILL NOT resend any parcels no matter how long the Postman takes. After 30 days from despatch we will contact the Royal Mail to ask to investigate - however until 30 days after despatch we will NOT RESEND any items unless Royal Mail declares the parcel lost - that can take an extra 14 days after the 30 days. WE DO NOT give compensation, we also do not respond to "it's ruining everything because it's not delivered". To be blunt, 2nd Class is slow, you get what you pay for. It will arrive - but if you are desperate select the RM courier option.

This is Tracked 24 via the Royal Mail - which is the business courier wing of the Royal Mail.
This aims to deliver in approx 24 hrs....however it's Christmas, from experience this service can get delayed, the max we saw last year was 7 days. But it was tracked all the time.
So if you want it quicker, pay a couple of pounds more and send it RM courier.

If you wish to send an item using Next Day 1pm, email us and we can arrange at an extra cost. Note our cutoff daily is midday, so if you email after that we cannot arrange it until the following day.
In cases where we use UPS, we find the deliveries are delayed by 1-2 business days. We have no power to make them deliver to the time slots allocated.

Once any customer threatens ( because they do ) sends aggressive emails we will no longer respond to any questions from that customer and will not assist further. We will also close the account.
Sorry we have to say this, but we recorded an incident of abuse from a customer who chose 2nd Class and then blamed us for it not arriving quickly enough. It's a national issue and happens every year. We will not accept abuse or blame for the postage system at Christmas.
