Returns We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not, you have 7 calendar days to contact us to arrange the return of the item from the date you receive the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase.
You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping the item back to us please ensure that you request a Signed for service from your chosen postal service. Once your item has been received by us it will be inspected. Once approved, your refund will be processed. This should take no more than 20 days (depending on the method used)
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item and outward shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be for the item/s only.
We are not liable for any wait times, or inconvenience / costs / losses incurred by the customer.
If the item being returned is deemed not faulty, dirty or used on return a restocking charge of 30% of the full retail price will be deducted from the return amount plus any other charges such as card merchant charges / postage will be deducted.
The supplier will warrant goods in good faith for 30 days from the purchase date and from the retail premises which the purchase was made. After that period the Warranty becomes the liability of the Manufacturer.
The Supplier will allow returns when agreed after the 30 day purchase period, but only to forward to the manufacturer for repairs.
No monetary refund is available after 30 days from the original purchase date.
All new goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for the duration of the manufacturers warranty from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the email address shown below within 48 hours.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the email address shown below, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint. The Supplier will then offer advice either through returning direct to the Manufacturer of working with the Purchaser to arrange a return to the Manufacturer.
Unless other wise stated all items are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
